Yes. Children working as a group should submit one application that includes each child's information. There is a limit of 3 participants per business.

Attending the fair is free. To sell as a vendor, the cost is $15 (nonrefundable), collected before the fair to reserve your 6' vendor space once your application is accepted. If the space isn't reserved by the deadline, it will be offered to another applicant.

The fair is an outdoor event. Each business brings their own table, display, chairs, and any decorations. We have limited space for businesses that need electricity — please let us know on your application if yours does.

Yes, as long as you have a food handling permit required by the State of Washington.

This event is designed to give children the experience of selling a product or service. Parents of younger children may sit in the booth, but the children should be responsible for setup, customer interaction, and sales. Parents may help their child fill out the application, but we expect the children to do as much as possible themselves.
